What Is Whitelisting?
Whitelisting lets a facility pre-approve specific caregivers for their shifts — so your preferred staff are always first in line when you post an opening. No scrambling. No strangers.
Preferred-Staff Roster (Whitelisting)
When you whitelist a caregiver, that person is added to your facility's Preferred Staff list. Any time you post a shift, the system automatically notifies your whitelisted caregivers first — before the shift opens to the general pool. This ensures you get reliable, familiar faces and reduces the risk of sending unknown staff to your residents or patients.

Pricing FAQ
What happens to my price after the first year?
All current subscribers are enrolled at our Founding Member rate — a discounted introductory price locked in for your first 12 months. After 12 months, your subscription renews at the standard rate shown on each plan (roughly 2x the founding rate). You'll receive a 60-day notice before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before the renewal date with no penalty. The longer you stay active as a subscriber, the more you've already saved.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe billing system. We do not store card information on our servers.
What is "whitelisting" and who needs it?
Whitelisting lets your facility pre-approve specific caregivers so they're always notified first when you post a shift. It's ideal for facilities that want to rely on a trusted, familiar group of staff rather than the open caregiver pool. Available on Professional ($699/mo) and Enterprise ($1,499/mo) plans.
Is there a contract for facility plans?
No. All facility plans are month-to-month. We require 30 days' written notice to cancel, but there is no minimum commitment period or early termination fee.
Do caregivers pay a commission on shifts?
No commission is deducted from caregiver earnings on direct shifts. Your pay rate is what you're paid. Subscription plans (Pro, Premium) are flat monthly fees and do not affect your hourly rate.
What does white-label platform licensing include?
Platform licensing gives another healthcare agency access to the Complete Staffing technology stack under their own brand — their own caregiver portal, facility dashboard, admin panel, and optionally a custom domain. The agency manages their own caregivers and clients; we provide the technology. Contact us for a demo and pricing discussion.
